Our Story
PalmWay Driving School was founded by experienced driving education professionals who saw a need for personalized, patient, and results-focused driver training in South Florida. Based in Dania Beach and serving all of Miami-Dade and Broward County, we've helped hundreds of students achieve their goal of becoming licensed, confident drivers.

We work around your life. Morning, afternoon, evening, or weekend lessons — we'll find a time that fits your schedule. We offer convenient pickup and drop-off service at your home, school, or office anywhere in Miami-Dade and Broward County. No need to worry about transportation to your lesson.
Step-by-Step Confidence Training
We start where you are. Nervous beginner who's never touched a steering wheel? We'll begin in empty parking lots and quiet residential streets. Already have some experience but need help with specific skills like highway merging or parallel parking? We'll focus exactly where you need improvement. Every lesson is customized to your progress and comfort level.
Bilingual Support (English/Spanish)
Our instructors speak both English and Spanish fluently, ensuring clear communication and comfortable learning for all students. We can explain traffic laws, road signs, and driving techniques in the language you're most comfortable with.

Respect for the Road
Understanding traffic laws, road signs, right-of-way rules, and proper vehicle operation. We cover everything from basic controls to advanced techniques like defensive positioning and safe following distance.
Respect for Other Drivers
Defensive driving, anticipating others' actions, and sharing the road safely with cars, motorcycles, bicycles, and pedestrians. We teach you to expect the unexpected and always have an escape plan.
Awareness of Distractions
Recognizing and managing phones, passengers, music, food, and other distractions that compromise safety. We help you develop the discipline to stay focused on driving, even when tempted by distractions.
Only hands-on practice behind the wheel gives you the experience needed to handle everyday driving situations. Our lessons focus on building muscle memory, developing good habits, and teaching you to make split-second decisions safely. We practice each skill repeatedly in different conditions until it becomes second nature.
Licensed and Fully Insured
PalmWay Driving School is fully licensed by the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (FLHSMV). Our Commercial Driving School License number is 5218, issued in accordance with Chapter 488 of Florida Statutes. Our license is current and prominently displayed at our facility.
We carry comprehensive insurance coverage for all our vehicles and students. Our instructors meet all state requirements and maintain current certifications. We take safety seriously, from our vehicles to our teaching methods to our business practices.

We provide behind-the-wheel driving lessons throughout Miami-Dade and Broward County.
Our service area includes Miami, Miami Beach, Coral Gables, Kendall, Homestead, Aventura, North Miami, Dania Beach, Hollywood, Fort Lauderdale, Pembroke Pines, and surrounding communities.
Wherever you are in South Florida, we come to you. We'll pick you up for your lesson and bring you back when we're done. No need to arrange transportation or meet us somewhere.
