School Policy & Guidelines

Please read carefully before booking your lessons or Driving Skill Test

💳 Payment & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations or rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours in advance; beyond this period, the fee is non-refundable.
Payments are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
Refunds require 7–10 days for processing and are subject to a 10% inconvenience fee (minimum $10).
After 24 hours, all purchases are final.

📋 Driving Lessons & Driving Skill Test Cancellation Policy

If a student cancels a driving lesson or Driving Skill Test less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, the lesson is forfeited and no refund will be provided.
Cancellations or rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours in advance; beyond this period, the fee is non-refundable.

🔄 Rescheduling Driving Lessons

If you need to reschedule a lesson, please contact the driving school at +1 (754) 354-5898 and your driving instructor at least 24 hours in advance. Be sure to also send this information via SMS to have confirmation that your lesson has been canceled or rescheduled.

Important: If you do not send an SMS confirmation of the cancellation at least 24 hours in advance, the lesson will be considered completed, and no refund will be provided.

🪪 Learner's License Requirement

According to FLHSMV regulations, all students are required to carry a valid learner license during each driving lesson. If a student arrives without their license, the instructor will be unable to conduct the lesson due to legal and insurance restrictions.

Note: In such cases, the lesson will be considered completed, and no refund, rescheduling, or credit will be provided.

🎮 Simulator Usage & Liability

Students must use the driving simulator responsibly and follow all provided instructions. Any intentional damage or misuse resulting in equipment malfunction will require financial compensation for repairs or replacement. The school reserves the right to assess damage costs and charge the responsible individual accordingly.

🚗 Driving Skill Test Rules

Attention! Driving instructors are not required to pick up or drop off students before or after the Driving Skill Test. We provide a car only for the duration of the Driving Skill Test itself.

If the student does not have a driving lesson before the Driving Skill Test, they must arrive at the test location 15 minutes before the scheduled time.
If the student does have a driving lesson before the Driving Skill Test, the lesson will start from the driving school branch.
Once the Driving Skill Test is completed, the service of providing a car for the test is considered fully delivered.

👶 Important for Students Under 18

If you are under 18 years old, your parent or legal guardian must complete and provide the required Certification of Supervised Driving form on the day of your Driving Skill Test. This form is required for you to take the test.

Please note: If the form is not provided, the driving school is not responsible for any issues or inability to take the test.
